Unwind Essential Oil Blend assists to reduce stress, nervous tension and mild anxiety. It is a stress-relief blend including a combination of Grapefruit, Sandalwood and Geranium essential oils. Antiseptic and astringent, our Unwind Essential Oil Blend includes Grapefruit essential oil which acts as an antiseptic or astringent when applied in dilution to the skin and may provide stress relief. Grapefruit essential oil is a refreshing oil that helps in the treatment of acne, oily and congested skin. It can provide temporary relief for headaches and relieve symptoms of cold and flu.

Uplifting, our Sasy n Savy Unwind Essential Oil Blend contains Sandalwood essential oil which is a stabilizing essential oil that can be used to relieve nervous tension in the body and mind. Sandalwood essential oil has an uplifting aroma which may reduce blood pressure, improve memory and boost concentration. When applied in dilution to the body, Sandalwood has soothing effects to your skin, particularly dry or cracked skin. Sandalwood has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties making it suitable for use on the skin. It can be used to heal wounds and to treat acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Geranium essential oil is a balancing oil that may help relieve symptoms of pre-menstrual tension to balance hormones and relieve anxiety. Geranium essential oil has a sweet aroma that can elevate your mood and have a calming effect on the body and mind. Antiseptic, it can be applied to the skin when diluted to relieve combination to oil skin symptoms as well as eczema and acne.

Our Sasy n Savy Unwind Essential Oil can be used as for a massage oil blend, applied to a running bath, added to a vaporiser or as a steam facial treatment.

Ingredients:

Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Oil, Santalum Spicata (Sandalwood) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil.

Directions of use:

• Massage: Add 5-10 drops with Carrier Oil. Apply to body.
• Bath: Add 2-4 drops in full drawn bath or shower.
• Vaporiser: Add 10-15 drops to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser.
• Inhaling: Few drops on a tissue or hot water, with a towel over your head.
